27.01.14 Inspiration: Adam Summers

Noted as the 'new way of viewing marine life', scientific photographer Adam Summers has used coloured dyes to create beautifully detailed images of a variety of fish!  These fantastic images were made by experimenting with different dyes and bleaches in an attempt to alter their pigments in the body. The result are these amazing 'coloured x-ray's' which offer an interesting insight into anatomy.

Getting Back to It

Its been a while since I've blogged, or even taking any serious photographs so I've decided to blog about Ryan Mcginley. Although his work is getting repetitive and you always no what to expect, I still find some beauty in his work, especially the nudes in landscape photos. Anything to get my interest in photography perked I guess, though I'm unlikely to take my friends down to the river and have them strip in the name of my art! Unless they ask me too!
