I took this photo several years ago when I visited New York and this one was taken 82 stories up the Empire State building (which was a huge achievement for me! Just ask anyone who's tried to make me get used to heights!).
I dug this image back out while clearing through as I saw a blog on Photoshop tilt shift and how it made your photographs appear to be toy/model photographs by adjusting the blur and focus.
I enjoyed this technique and it is just a bit of tilt shift fun!
